design definition

Design is a creative way of thinking that allows designers to communicate concepts and information in an organized and interesting format.

My creative process

Creative process:

-Take notes of project objectives and specifications
-write or draw any thoughts on paper
-search the internet for some inspiration
-do research and make a mood board
-develop my idea in the computer

Roadblock:

-go back to paper and sketch
-go for a walk

Intro.

My name is Jose Betancur, I'm currently in my second year in the graphic design program at Humber College. Before coming to Humber I attended Seneca College for a one year Art program where I gained some useful skills and portfolio pieces. I enjoy looking for design blogs and see what is new and what other designers are up to or what have they done in the past. Some of my hobbies include playing and watching soccer, drawing, and listening to music.
